How early should we arrive: 5 Minutes prior to class. Enough time to place your items in a cubby and kick off your shoes.

Should I bring anything: water for you or your little one, a blanket to lay on if you'd like

Cancelation policy: refunds are no issued, for missed or canceled classes. However you can make up to 2 classes missed in a future session
